Do you know where your produce comes from?

Many of us do not read product labels on produce or any other foods we buy for that matter.  Do you know where your produce comes from?  Share your thoughts on organic, local sustainable farming.

I do try to eat organic whenever I can but sometimes the cost is hard to justify. What suggestions do you have for seeking out local organically grown produce? Are there any farmer's markets that I do not know about? I live in LA's west side.
